An in-person trainer can customize the training to your specific business' needs and concerns. Webinars can be boring and not interactive. I'm NOT boring. I am there to answer your personal questions. My training programs are informative, lively and empowering. Sexual Harassment required training for business with 5 or more employees, Leaders vs Managers, Customer Service Finesse, Appreciation/Motivational Techniques, Interviewing Pitfalls and Labor Law Compliance are just a few of the topics I can design.  

Besides corporate training, I enjoy working with at-risk teens providing valuable tools for them to advance into the world of work. In a supportive environment, they learn through examples and practice, what the work world expectations will be. By accessing their personal strengths, they can approach interviews with the confidence about themselves.
