An In-person trainer can customize the training to your specific business' needs and concerns. Webinars can be boring and not interactive. I'm NOT boring. I am there to answer your personal questions. My training programs are interactive, informative and empowering. Communication Skills, Customer Service Finesse, Appreciation/ Motivational techniques, Interviewing Pitfalls and Labor Law compliance are just a few of the topics I can design.
One of my passions is teaching at risk teens and formerly incarcerated individual about the "World of Work. In a supportive environment, they learn interviewing skills, resume writing and set esteem building techniques. Finding their greatness Teaching and assisting individuals recognize their contributions is my goal.
