After 16 years working as a Human Resources Director for corporations, I decided to go into private practice, specializing in assisting companies with 1 – 100 employees. I enjoy handling all those HR needs and concerns that most business owners get frustrated with or do not have ample time in their busy days to handle. Maneuvering through the California landmine of labor laws and regulations can be daunting. My expertise in this area supports owners in staying compliant and avoiding costly labor lawsuits. 
One of my passions is teaching. I provide interactive, fun and educative training in Leadership, Sexual Harassment, Engagement of Employees, Motivational Techniques and Career Development/Succession Planning. Also, I work with at- risk teens and formerly incarcerated individuals providing guidance, support and classes in Interviewing Skills, Resume Writing, Presentation Techniques, Self Esteem and Strength Building.
